Rules:

1. All Exhibits must have been produced by the exhibitor, not from a numbered kit and must not have been shown at previous Colorado River Country Fairs.

2. If space becomes short, a screening jury must be set up to examine all entries to determine which entries shall be placed on display. Their decision is final.

3. Anyone removing his/her exhibits prior to the above date and time will forfeit all awards and the ability to exhibit at the Fair again.

4. NO WET WORK WILL BE ACCEPTED.

5. EXHIBITS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS THEY ARE SUITABLE FRAMED AND WIRED WITH SCREW EYES FOR HANGING. (Except for Division 234, which shall be matted.)

6. Title of artwork must appear on entry form.

7. WATERCOLORS, PENCILS, INK AND CHARCOALS MUST BE GLASSED, FRAMED AND WIRED WITH SCREW EYES FOR HANGING.

8. Paintings must be labeled securely on the backs in the upper right hand corner containing the following information

   (a)  Name and address.
   

   (b)  Title of Exhibit.
   

   (c)  Division and Class Numbers.
   

   (d)  Sale price, if for sale.
